TEDXYOUTH 2016

I shared the journey of how the Humanitarian Organization for Providing Empowerment (HOPE) started and our work with marginalized population groups in Vancouver. Often young people are faced with the daunting challenge of discerning what they are to do in life and what this world has in store for them. Here, I challenge the common-held beliefs about charity work and humanitarianism to one of connection. Ultimately, how we each choose to intertwine our lives with the lives of people around us matters in how we set out to make history in this world.

Presented my meta-analysis on the effects that physical exercise has on telomere length with a focus on the geriatric population.

HI-LIGHTER FEATURED INTERVIEW 2015
